We decided to go Trick-or-Treating on the lawn at UVA. It is a great annual event and family affair! We saw a lot of great costumes, including all of the Scooby Doo gang, the house in Up with the balloons, pumpkins, cupcakes, and even a baby man-eating shark with teeth marks in his surfer dad's surf board just to name a few!
Not only was could you get candy trick-or-treating but you could get your face painted, a free balloon and a free book of your choice!

Kaden made friends with an alien and smothered the poor thing with his slobbery kisses!
After trick-or-treating at UVA we headed over to trick-or-treat at Brandon and Michal's house. They were gracious enough to let us pose for a family picture!

What a cute costume idea! Great family picture! I love the little cousins together - isn't it so fun to have cousins for your kids?? (I say this because I felt like I didn't have anyone close enough to my age...Neil & Brandon were too old & Sean was too young until we all grew up...haha!)

I really love this idea! I always think its so cute to dress with family themes.
What clever costumes!! I want to be an astronaut too! Love the photo of your family and the 2 aliens who joined up to have some fun. Also the photos of Kaden and Brielle together for their first Halloween--she's a precious little monster! love, mom p
